About PLMA’s 2025
Member Dues Increase

Message from Chair Rich Barone on Changes to PLMA Member Dues

Dear Colleagues,

The PLMA Board of Directors, in its oversight of the organization, has voted to implement a membership dues increase of approximately five percent, effective January 1, 2026.

This will be the organization’s second dues increase since 2015. This decision reflects increases in operational costs across all areas of PLMA and new needs as the organization grows to meet the evolving role of load flexibility.

PLMA acknowledges that any increase in dues affects your budgets. We remain committed to ensuring we continue to maintain access for everyone interested in load flexibility and to providing commensurate value to our members.

Load flexibility continues to play a vital role in ensuring grid stability and resilience, and your participation in PLMA is essential. We strive to serve you and your colleagues effectively every day.

Thank you for your active engagement and steadfast support of PLMA. We truly appreciate your participation!

Best Wishes,
Rich
