National Grid and Piclo co-hosted a webinar earlier this week around National Grid’s Buffalo Station 25 Non-Wires Alternatives RFP. The opportunity runs from June 2027 through October 2029 and the utility is seeking up to 0.4 MW in total load relief.

• Who can apply: Demand response providers, energy service companies, DER owners, operators, developers, and aggregators.
• Funding and incentives: This opportunity has a total value of $400,000. Additional incentives may be realized by stacking this NWA opportunity with other wholesale programs. You can refer to the stacking matrix in Section 2.5 for more details.
• How to submit a proposal: All proposals must be submitted via the Piclo platform by 5pm EST on June 5, 2026.
