VISION 2026: PLMA Areas of Strategic Focus
PLMA Strategic Plan (VISION 2026) focuses on three core tenants
of flexible load management and two cross-cutting themes.

Volunteer taskforces of PLMA members meet monthly to oversee the work and progress of each strategic initiative and theme.

PLMA VISION 2026: Areas of Strategic Focus

Interest Groups

In addition, PLMA’s Interest Groups drive intensive exploration of additional core topics that support and advance flexible load management.

Interest Groups, which are led by member co-chairs, develop specific content for the benefit of
all PLMA members, both in the form of HOT TOPIC webinars and Virtual Meetups, and in a deep-dive presentation at each of PLMA’s Spring and Fall Conferences.

The purpose of PLMA’s Affinity Groups is enhance opportunities for inclusion among PLMA members, with the goal of welcoming and supporting different paths to PLMA participation through connecting colleagues with similar interests and backgrounds.
