National Grid released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Buffalo Station 25 substation in Tonawanda, NY from June 2027-October 2029, for up to 0.4 MW of total load relief.

• Who can apply?: Demand response providers, energy service companies, DER owners, operators, developers, and aggregators.
• Funding and incentives: This opportunity has a total value of $400,000. Additional incentives may be realized by stacking this NWA opportunity with other wholesale programs. You can refer to the stacking matrix in Section 2.5 for more details.
