PG&E has issued a RFI seeking inputs in designing a new Demand Response (DR) Recruitment Fee Reimbursement Plan (the Plan). Responses to the RFI will provide PG&E with guidance in establishing a structure to the Plan along with gauging potential participation interest. PG&E seeks to increase participation in the Capacity Bidding Program (CBP), the Base Interruptible Program (BIP) and Automated Response Technology (ART). PG&E desires to increase the aggregators and providers in these programs and in order to do this, seeks to provide reimbursement for agreed upon recruitment fees. This RFI will inform what costs are reimbursed and at what levels. The RFI schedule is noted in the actual bidding event and contained on the General Instructions located.
