National Grid and Piclo co-hosted a webinar last week around National Grid’s Gilbert Mills Non-Wires Alternatives RFP. The opportunity runs from June 2026 through October 2030 and the utility is seeking up to 2.7 MW in total load relief.

• Funding and incentives: This opportunity has a total value of $1.6M. Additional incentives may be realized by stacking this NWA opportunity with other wholesale programs. You can refer to the stacking matrix in Section 2.5 for more details.
• How to submit a proposal: All proposals must be submitted via the Piclo platform by 5pm EST on April 10, 2026.
