New York State Electric & Gas (“NYSEG”), a subsidiary of AVANGRID, will be hosting a Pre-Bid Conference for qualified parties (“Bidders”) interested in participating in the Non-Wires Alternative (“NWA”) Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the Swan Lake and Hilldale (Liberty Area) Systems.

This conference will provide an overview of the RFP objectives, resource needs, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. It is an opportunity for Bidders to gain clarity on technical and procedural aspects before submitting proposals.
